BUILT AROUND THE DAILY WORK

Less searching.
More follow-through.

When enquiries arrive through forms, emails and spreadsheets, it becomes difficult to know who owns a lead or what happened last. Krezor CRM brings that work together so your team can pick up the conversation with the right context.

For your sales team

Find assigned leads, record useful notes and manage the next action without relying on personal spreadsheets.

For your managers

Review progress by status and owner. Use task and activity reports to understand where work needs attention.

For your business

Build a consistent process around your lead sources, stages and reporting needs, with room for agreed customisation.

CORE CRM CAPABILITIES

The tools behind
a consistent process.

Start with the essentials your team uses every day. Fields, roles, dashboards and integrations are configured to the agreed scope.

Lead management

Keep contact details, sales ownership, lead sources and progress in one organised workspace. Find the right records with filters instead of searching through separate spreadsheets.

Tasks and follow-ups

Assign the next action to a team member and track its status. Give your team a clear way to manage calls, meetings and pending work.

Sales pipelines

Organise opportunities around the stages your team uses. Track progress from a new enquiry through qualification, proposal, negotiation and a won or lost outcome.

Notes and collaboration

Keep enquiry details and conversation notes with the lead. Mention colleagues in notes to bring the right person into the discussion.

Duplicate prevention

Check email addresses and mobile numbers to help prevent duplicate leads. Mobile number normalisation helps identify the same contact entered in different formats.

Dashboards and reporting

Review leads by source, stage and sales owner, alongside task status and team activity. Reporting requirements and manager visibility are configured for your business.

Fields that fit your process

Capture the details that matter to your sales process, such as product interest, business type, location, requirements and purchase timeframe. Fields are configured for your business.

Team access and controls

Configure roles and lead visibility for managers and sales users. Restrict lead deletion to support continuity and reduce accidental record loss.

Multiple lead sources

Bring enquiries from connected ad lead forms and website forms into your sales process. Record referrals, phone enquiries and walk-ins with a source label so your team knows how each lead arrived.

FROM ENQUIRY TO OUTCOME

A workflow your team
can actually follow.

01 / CAPTURE

Bring the lead in

Import existing records or connect selected forms. Check contact details and map them to the right fields.

02 / ORGANISE

Give it an owner

Assign responsibility and set the appropriate stage so the next person knows where the enquiry stands.

03 / FOLLOW UP

Keep the work moving

Record notes, assign tasks and update progress as the conversation develops.

04 / REVIEW

See what needs attention

Use reports to review lead status, team activity and outcomes, then adjust your process.

MULTIPLE SOURCES. ONE SALES WORKSPACE.

Meet your leads
where they come from.

Your customers do not all arrive the same way. Bring connected digital enquiries and offline leads into a consistent sales process, with a source recorded for each enquiry.

Meta Ads

Connect Facebook and Instagram lead forms through an agreed integration. Capture the submitted details and map available campaign information to your CRM.

Google Ads

Connect supported lead forms or the landing-page forms your ads send customers to. Record campaign details where tracking information is available.

Organic enquiries

Capture enquiries submitted through your website. Use configured tracking fields to distinguish organic, paid and referral traffic where the data is available.

Walk-ins & physical visits

Record showroom visitors, shop enquiries, exhibition contacts and site visits. Assign a sales owner and set the next follow-up.

Calls & referrals

Enter phone enquiries and recommendations from customers, dealers or business partners. Keep the source alongside the contact and conversation notes.

Forms & spreadsheets

Connect supported website forms or import structured lead lists. Map fields and check contact duplicates before bringing data into the workflow.

Automated capture requires the relevant connection, account permissions and field mapping. Offline leads can be entered or imported. Source and campaign reporting depend on the information collected.

BUILT FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Your industry.
Your sales process.

Keep the same foundation of leads, ownership, tasks and pipelines. Configure the details around what you sell and how your customers buy.

Retail & sanitaryware

Keep showroom enquiries, product requirements and purchase timelines together. Follow up with homeowners, contractors and trade customers from one workspace.

Manufacturing & apparel

Organise dealer and buyer enquiries, product categories, quantity requirements and sales discussions. Configure fields for samples, sizes or specifications where needed.

Distributors & wholesalers

Track incoming enquiries, sales ownership and discussions with dealers or business buyers. Maintain context as opportunities move through your sales stages.

Professional services

Manage consultations, project briefs, proposal follow-ups and sales progress without losing the history behind an enquiry.

Real estate & construction

Capture property or project enquiries, schedule visits and keep requirements visible to the team responsible for the next conversation.

Growing sales teams

Adapt fields, stages and reports for your business. Start with a consistent sales process and extend it as your requirements grow.

Examples describe configurable sales workflows. Inventory, production, accounting and order fulfilment require their own modules or scoped integrations.

APP INTEGRATIONS & AUTOMATION

Your tools.
Connected to your sales.

Connect CRM workflows with the apps your team already uses. Through automation platforms such as Zapier, plus APIs and webhooks, our integration services can reach an ecosystem of 1,000+ apps and services.

Examples of apps for integration scoping. The 1,000+ figure refers to the external automation ecosystem, rather than native Krezor connectors. Availability, supported actions, credentials, data permissions and provider fees are confirmed for each workflow.

Capture & organise

Bring a new form response into the CRM, map its fields and record its lead source through a configured workflow.

Notify the right team

Scope notifications in your communication tools when a lead arrives or a defined sales event occurs.

Move data where needed

Build agreed workflows between the CRM and spreadsheets, marketing or business systems, with clear rules for which data moves and when.

CONNECTED WORKFLOWS

Build the foundation.
Connect the next layer.

CONFIGURED INTEGRATION

Website enquiries

Connect supported forms through the API so enquiries enter your CRM workflow. Each source is reviewed for field mapping, duplicate handling and testing.

PLANNED INTEGRATION

WhatsApp Business API

The roadmap includes CRM lists feeding WhatsApp messaging workflows. Templates, opt-in handling, provider setup and charges will be scoped before delivery.

PLANNED INTEGRATION

Telecalling workflows

Calling-provider integration, call activity and follow-up workflows are planned. Available functions will depend on the provider and the agreed implementation.

IMPLEMENTATION

A CRM setup.
With a rollout plan.

We begin with your actual process, not a long list of features. The proposal defines what will be configured, what needs development and how your team will start using it.

01

Workflow review

Review users, lead sources, stages, reports and existing data.

02

Configuration

Agree and configure fields, roles, workflows and dashboards.

03

Data & validation

Map and test imports, check duplicate handling and validate the agreed workflow.

04

Team handover

Plan training, access and operating responsibilities. Agree any ongoing support separately.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you
get started.

Who is Krezor CRM for?

Krezor CRM is suited to teams that manage enquiries, follow-ups and multi-stage sales across retail, distribution, manufacturing and services. We start by reviewing your process so the setup reflects the way your team works.

Can it work for a retail shop or manufacturer?

Yes. A sanitaryware shop can organise product enquiries and showroom visits, while a clothing manufacturer can track dealer enquiries, requirements and sales discussions. The fields and stages are configured around your business.

Which lead sources can we connect?

We can scope connections for Meta lead forms, supported Google Ads lead forms, website forms and other sources with suitable APIs or webhooks. Organic website enquiries inherit the information your form captures. Walk-ins, phone enquiries and referrals can be entered manually or imported with their source recorded.

What does 1,000+ app integration reach mean?

Krezor integration services can use automation platforms such as Zapier, alongside APIs and webhooks, to reach an ecosystem of more than 1,000 apps. This is the wider automation ecosystem, not a claim that Krezor includes 1,000 native connectors. Each app and workflow is reviewed for compatibility, setup, supported actions and provider costs.

Can we bring our existing leads into the CRM?

We can scope an import from a structured spreadsheet or an existing system. Field mapping, phone formatting and duplicate checks are reviewed before moving the full dataset.

Can we customise fields and stages?

Yes. Custom fields, lead stages, deal pipelines, roles and reporting requirements can be included in the agreed implementation scope.

Does it include WhatsApp and calling?

WhatsApp Business API and telecalling workflows are part of the integration roadmap. They are not presented here as built-in live CRM features. Provider selection, permissions, consent requirements and any provider fees are reviewed separately.

Can it run on our own infrastructure?

The current Krezor CRM build runs in a self-hosted environment. Hosting, backups, maintenance responsibilities and access requirements are agreed for each deployment.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the setup, customisation, migration, hosting, integrations and support required. Contact us with your team size and workflow for a scoped proposal.

How do we get started?

Request a walkthrough. We will discuss your lead sources, users, stages and reporting needs, then agree the features and rollout plan before implementation.
