How to request a cancellation, report a billing issue or ask us to review a refund.

About this policy
Krezor is operated by Techcrawford Private Limited. This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are reviewed for purchases made directly from us, including software subscriptions, implementation, custom development and related services.
Your accepted proposal, order form or service agreement sets out the payment schedule, delivery scope and any specific cancellation or refund terms. Those specific terms take priority over this general policy where they differ. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Software subscriptions
Before purchasing a subscription, review the selected plan, included features, billing period and renewal arrangements. A subscription gives access for the period purchased, subject to the agreed terms.
You can request cancellation by contacting us. The cancellation date, any continued access and refund eligibility depend on the terms accepted for your plan. Cancelling future billing does not, by itself, mean that a payment already made will be refunded.
If you believe a paid service has not been provided as agreed, describe the issue in writing. We will review the service commitment, the problem reported and the available resolution, including any refund due under the agreement or applicable law.
Renewals and recurring payments
Automatic renewal applies only where it forms part of your agreed subscription or payment arrangement. To stop a future renewal, follow the cancellation method and notice period specified in that arrangement.
If a renewal was charged after an effective cancellation, or you believe it was not authorised, contact us with the cancellation confirmation and payment details so the charge can be checked. A request made after renewal is reviewed under the applicable plan terms; this page does not create a separate renewal grace period.
Custom development and implementation
Custom projects may include discovery, design, development, configuration, migration, testing and training. Payment and cancellation terms should be stated in the accepted proposal or agreement.
If you want to cancel a project, send a written request as soon as possible. We will review the work completed, the milestones reached, the payments received and any third-party commitments made for the project.
Any amount retained or refunded must follow the agreed terms and applicable law. Where deductions apply, the review should identify the work or costs they relate to. A request before work begins will be assessed against any agreed booking, discovery or cancellation terms.
Hosting, support and other services
Hosting, maintenance, support, automation and advertising services may have separate billing and cancellation arrangements. Refund eligibility depends on the service period, work delivered and the terms agreed for that service.
Advertising spend paid to an ad platform is separate from Krezor's service fees. Stopping a campaign or cancelling a service does not automatically reverse costs already incurred with the platform.
Third-party charges
Domains, hosting providers, software licences, payment services, messaging providers and other external services may apply their own refund policies. Charges paid directly to those providers must be raised with the relevant provider.
Where we purchased an external service on your behalf, any recovery of that charge depends on the provider's terms and our agreement with you. Third-party deductions or non-refundable commitments should be identified when reviewing the request.
Duplicate, incorrect or disputed payments
If you notice a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount or a payment you do not recognise, contact us promptly. Include the invoice number, transaction reference, payment date and amount. Confirmed billing errors will be addressed through the appropriate correction or refund process.
Do not send a card number, CVV, password or one-time password. A redacted payment receipt is sufficient for an initial review.
How to request a refund
Email hello@krezor.com with the subject Refund request and include:
- Your name, business name and the email used for the purchase.
- The product or service, invoice number and transaction reference.
- The payment date and amount.
- The reason for your request and any relevant correspondence.
We may ask for further information to verify the payment or understand the issue. We will communicate the outcome of the review, the reason for the decision and any approved amount.
Approved refunds
An approved refund will normally be returned through the original payment method where possible. If an alternative method is necessary, it must be verified and agreed with you.
The processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. We will communicate the expected timing when the refund is approved. Any permitted deductions will be explained; a request is not treated as approved merely because it has been submitted.
Purchases through partners
If you paid a reseller or partner, contact that seller first. Their accepted terms and payment arrangements may apply. You can also contact us if you need help identifying the seller or clarifying the Krezor service involved.
Questions or concerns
If you disagree with a decision, reply to the review correspondence and explain the point you would like us to reconsider. Your contractual and statutory remedies remain available where applicable.
